The app

Postmark: Countries Visited is made by Loopware LLC and licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms. Loopware LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the app.

Your photos and films

Your photos, your passport and your films are yours. Postmark does not receive your photos and claims no rights in them. You are responsible for what you share and for having the right to share it.

Music

The tracks in the app are for films made with Postmark, including when you post them. Don’t take a track out of the app or a film to use it on its own. A film exported without sound can be given music inside apps that hold their own licences, such as Instagram or TikTok.

Postmark Pro, billed by Apple

Postmark is free to use. Postmark Pro is optional: a yearly subscription with a free trial for new subscribers, a monthly subscription, or Pro forever, paid once. Prices and what Pro includes are shown in the app before you buy.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before it ends.
  • Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused part of the trial ends.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. To bring Pro back on a new iPhone, use You → Restore purchases.

The beta

Builds offered through TestFlight are for testing: features can change, they can contain errors, and each build expires. Purchases in a TestFlight build are not charged.

Maps and data

Maps, films and stamps are drawn from open data, such as Natural Earth and public elevation data, and from Apple Maps; visitor figures come from UN Tourism, through the World Bank (CC BY 4.0). Borders imply no position on any dispute.

No warranty, and liability

The app and this website are provided as they are. We cannot promise that Postmark will find every trip or place every photo correctly. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the app in the twelve months before it.
